Marielle de Spa is a senior leadership foresight strategist bringing more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership advisory, organizational design and human capital strategy.
With a deep commitment to long-term foresight and human-centered leadership, Marielle’s work has focused on helping senior principals, family offices and rapidly growing organizations navigate strategic inflection moments and intergenerational complexity.
Her professional journey bridges leadership consulting at global executive search firms and the creation of Family Office Futures, a private advisory and experiential platform created for family principals to pause and address critical issues and focus on what truly matters beyond their financials.
Marielle’s expertise has been shaped through decades of advising global corporate organizations and cross-cultural executives across the Americas and Europe. She also serves on non-profit boards and women’s leadership networks, bringing a wide-range perspective to Family Enterprises.
Her passion lies in creating high-trust circles where principals, the NextGen and their leadership teams can gather and pause to reflect and engage in purposeful futures thinking.
Through safe space retreats, intensives and advisory engagements, Family Office Futures offers curated experiences for multigenerational families to think together about stewardship, succession, leadership and the desired futures they want to shape together.
